Salary: £56,000 per annum + £5,000 sign-on bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ATA Panel Technician to join our busy workshop in Ellesmere Port. You will lead by example, delivering high-quality body repairs to a variety of vehicles while supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced panel repairs and refinishing to manufacturer standards.

Mentor and guide junior technicians within the team.

Diagnose and repair structural and cosmetic vehicle damage.

*

Maintain accurate records of all work completed.

*

Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an ATA Panel Technician.

*

Strong technical knowledge of panel repairs and vehicle structures.

*

Leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
