Are you an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking for a new role? Join our dedicated team providing triage services within various GP Practices within Liverpool. 

Role Overview:

• Conduct face-to-face clinical assessments and examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications (V300 qualification required)
• Order and interpret diagnostic investigations
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention advice
• Support urgent care and same-day access clinics

What We’re Looking For:

• Prescribing qualification (V300) – essential
• Diagnostics experience – essential
• Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
• NMC, HCPC or GPHC Registered
• Experience within Primary Care
