Nursery Room Leader

We have a nursery close to Aldershot who are seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join an established team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure that each child enjoys rich and stimulating experiences tailored to their age and developmental stage
• Uphold and promote exceptional quality standards within the nursery, focusing on the environment, resources, and experiences offered to the children
• Work collaboratively within the room team to foster a love for learning
• Create a secure, welcoming, and intellectually stimulating environment that nurtures the children emotionally

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience in a day care nursery
• Minimum childcare qualification at Level 3
• Ability to work harmoniously within a collaborative and friendly team
