Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum

Our client has over 70 years’ experience of working on high-end projects, providing the design, manufacture, installation and service of ventilation and heating systems across the UK. They are looking for a Service Customer Administrator to join their hardworking and dedicated team in St Leonards, East Sussex.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar position, be computer literate, possess excellent communication skills, have a detailed and accurate approach to tasks and be a team player. As a Service Customer Administrator, you will take responsibility for all aspects of support to the department supervisors, focusing on organising the day-to-day operations of the commercial service engineers, scheduling works, processing paperwork and general customer support.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Demonstrable experience within a customer service/administration role
  • Be computer literate
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have a detailed and accurate approach to tasks
  • Be a team player

Your duties as a Service Customer Administrator will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of service engineer works schedules, including pre-programmed maintenance works, reactive call outs and repair works
  • Monitoring engineers’ daily activities
  • Updating clients regularly
  • Raising engineers job sheets
  • Processing engineers service and breakdown report sheets for invoicing
  • Preparing, sending and following up on all repair and maintenance quotations
  • Obtaining prices for required parts
  • Liaising with engineers to assess labour requirements
  • Ensuring the Service Management Software is maintained and constantly updated to ensure the latest information is available to management and engineers
  • Procuring parts required to satisfy customer orders

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Adhering to, and promoting the company’s policies, systems and procedures as set out in the company handbook
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with colleagues/suppliers/clients
  • Any other duties the company may reasonable expect you to carry out from time to time

Salary:

£20,000 - 22,000 per annum D.O.E.
