Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for: - Leading and developing a team of across multiple locations
- Driving process improvements and implementing new controls to streamline operations
- Managing credit risk, compliance, and relationships with credit agencies and providers
- Overseeing dispute management and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
- Producing and presenting insightful reports to the Executive Leadership Team on aged debt and trends
- Holding regular debt review meetings with account managers for key enterprise customers
- Ensuring KPIs and OKRs are met, with performance linked to commission incentives
What you will need: - Proven experience in a senior Credit & Collections role, such as Credit Manager, Collections Manager, or similar
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
- Ability to analyse data, produce meaningful reports, and present confidently to senior stakeholders
- Experience implementing process improvements and driving change
- Knowledge of legal and litigation processes within credit control
- Ideally CICM qualified (or working towards), but not essential
- Comfortable challenging and influencing other departments when needed
- Intermediate Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI an advantage
