Pay Rate: Starting at £33,733 per annum, with potential to earn up to £42,000 per annum
Shift: Rotating 4-on / 4-off

A well-established food manufacturing company with a modernised facility, looking for a skilled Production Technician to join their team and support their shift-based operation.

The Production Technician Candidate:

Strong background in maintaining and operating automated or semi-automated machinery
Experience in a food or FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
Strong ownership of production performance and commitment to quality and safety standardsKey Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated and packaging machinery
Ensure smooth changeovers and start-ups for varying customer orders and product lines
Monitor line performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
