We are looking for Occupational Therapist to Join Our Long Term Team to carry out DFG assessments Moving and Handling cases specialist equipment provision Supporting with Duty one day a week on a rotational basis Monday to Friday working Requires car for daily use Hybrid working (office attendance required 1 or 2 days a week in addition to community visits.
