Overview:
A fantastically successful market leading Saas company require a Technical QA Analyst to maintain the integrity of the production environment by developing practices, tools and processes for software testing throughout the development life cycle. The successful candidate will be a key part of the IT Development team; helping to introduce tools to support continuous integration, automated testing and deployment for all our clients applications.

Role & Responsibilities:
Software testing, ensuring adoption and development of appropriate testing practices including automated testing, human exploratory testing, performance and security testing.
Support and advise the Lead Technical QA Analyst in adoption of continuous integration and code management.
Champion a collaborative, delivery-focused culture within scrum teams where QA Analysts and Developers work together to achieve goals.
Help drive improvement in team productivity, agile processes and build methods to increase efficiency.
Ensure all software development meets security and data protection standards.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills with a good attention to detail
A minimum of 5 years' experience in software testing in an enterprise scale environment
Demonstrated ability to successfully embed and develop build test and release processes
A track record of collaborating and working effectively with colleagues in the wider business
Prior experience in Agile development
Consistent record in working with current principles relating to; code quality, release management, automated testing tools and techniques, version management and change control
ISTQB-BCS Foundation Certificate in software testing
Testing and deployment of mobile applications (both IOS and Android)
