As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insight-driven analysis, support strategic initiatives, and influence key business decisions. You’ll act as the crucial link between finance and operational teams, translating data into actions that enhance growth and efficiency.

• Partner with business units to provide financial insight and challenge where needed

• Deliver accurate and timely forecasts, budgets, and financial reports

• Perform in-depth analysis to support decision-making and drive profitability

• Identify risks, opportunities, and trends to inform strategy

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders

• Support business cases, investment appraisals, and project evaluations

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
