EYFS/KS1 Leader - Maternity Cover (From 13th April 2026)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and high-achieving school in St Albans to appoint an experienced EYFS/KS1 Leader for a maternity cover role commencing 13th April 2026 (or earlier if available).

• Provide strategic leadership across EYFS and KS1, with a clear focus on high-quality teaching and learning.

• Support, guide and mentor Early Career Teachers.

• Particularly well suited to candidates with prior Assistant Head experience.

• Fixed-term maternity cover starting 13th April 2026 (potentially earlier).

Salary: £36,372 - £52,488 per annum
