Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Heckmondwike.

Our client is looking for a skilled Quality Manager with experience in auditing, ISO9001, production and shop floor quality, and problem solving tools. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the quality control processes and ensuring that the products and services meet the required standards.

Duties of the Quality Manager include:

Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures
Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards
Identifying and addressing quality issues in the production process
Developing and implementing corrective action plans
Monitoring and reporting on quality metrics
Providing guidance and training to staff on quality control procedures and problem solving tools
We are keen to speak with Quality Managers with the following skills;

Degree qualified
Experience working in a similar manufacturing environment role.
Ability to work independently
Have excellent communication skills, and be able to build effective relationships with staff and stakeholders.
