HR Business Partner - Operational Change
Location: Cambridge - Onsite
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) | 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Contract: 3 - 6 months

We are looking for an Immediately Available and experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to lead on a range of complex operational change initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role ideally suited to someone who thrives in a people-focused, high-impact HR environment within the Healthcare Industry.

As a key member of the HR team, you'll play a central role in delivering people strategies that support organisational transformation, ensuring alignment with national healthcare goals and local service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support large-scale organisational change, including restructures, workforce redesign, and service transformation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and operational managers on all aspects of people change and engagement.
- Provide expert HR advice on employment law, policies and procedures, and terms and conditions.
- Work collaboratively across clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure workforce solutions are aligned to service needs.
- Support the development and implementation of effective communication and consultation plans, including working with trade unions and staff representatives.
- Contribute to wider HR projects including culture change, succession planning, employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements:
- Extensive HR experience within the Healthcare Industry or a comparable organisation.
- Proven track record of leading complex HR change projects within a large, operationally focused setting.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Agenda for Change, TUPE, and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders and external partners.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, evolving environment where visibility and relationship-building are key.
