Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes (with travel to Birmingham & London)
Salary: Up to £48,000 (Door-to-Door travel paid)

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a team maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems across distribution centres, factories, and food warehouses. This is a straightforward commercial refrigeration role - no installations, no small works - just hands-on fridge maintenance and fault-finding.

The Role: Refrigeration Engineer

* 50/50 split between planned and reactive maintenance

* Work on a range of systems, including CO2 as a Refrigeration Engineer

* Monday-Friday working hours, no call-out rota

* Enhanced overtime rates available

* Strong client-facing presence on site

Refrigeration Engineer: What You'll Need

* F-Gas Cat 1 certification

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)

* Commercial refrigeration experience (CO2 desirable)

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
