The role:

- As the successful Family Supervisor Solicitor, you will deliver quality legal expertise and exceptional client care maintaining the existing client-focused ethos

- You will lead and manage a small, growing team focused on publicly funded work, with a bias towards Child Arrangement Orders

- Oversee robust compliance with bodies like the SRA and LAA

The successful Family Supervisor Solicitor will:

- Have 3 or more years of PQE within Family law - Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives, welcome to apply

- Be committed to the onward provision of publicly funded work; particularly Child Arrangement Orders

- Demonstrate leadership qualities and be able to motivate a busy team; previous management experience is highly desirable

It is essential that you meet the Family Supervisor requirements with the LAA.
