We're working with a friendly and design-driven architectural practice in Waterloo that is looking to welcome an experienced Architectural Technician to its growing team. Key Requirements:

· Proven experience working within a UK architectural practice

· Strong technical knowledge, particularly in the residential sector

· Proficient in Vectorworks and Revit

· Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

· Practical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

· Produce detailed technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction

· Provide robust technical input throughout the design and delivery stages

· Ensure documentation complies with current building standards and regulations

· Collaborate across teams on residential and commercial projects
