Tangent International are currently hiring for an Inside Sales Support on behalf of our client who are world leaders in providing advanced solutions via equipment, services and software for leading global Telecommunications companies across the globe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for Administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams, liaising with both departments and communicating purchase orders, logistics and any internal/external problems. Acting as a support interface for customer communication and inquiry.

Key responsibilities:

* Send and manage Purchase Orders from Sales to customers.

* Validate and update all communications upon receipt of PO, keeping Sales, Operations & Customers fully informed.

* Be on hand to deal with any issues/queries with open sales orders such as: failures, shortages technical issues etc.

* Provide feedback to account managers on quotes received.

* Generating Purchase Orders and liaise with Operations team on delivery and full logistics.

* Challenge customer prices with convincing negotiation skills, and cross referencing previous prices attained from customers.

* Coordinate with Warehouse logistics on upcoming orders/shipments and participate in Operations meetings on behalf of Sales and prioritise the orders accordingly.

* Contact customers and clients to obtain any missing information and/or answer queries that are raised via email or phone call.

* Communicate and investigate delays and interruptions on both internal and external platforms
