Job Title: Shift Lead Electrical Engineer (Days Only)
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days Only)

Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Engineer to join a high-end corporate site in Kingston upon Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technical engineer with leadership experience to take responsibility for the day-to-day engineering operations within a prestigious corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the on-site engineering team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

*

Manage and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.

*

Act as the main technical point of contact on site for the client and internal teams.

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures.

*

Support engineers with technical guidance, fault finding, and problem resolution.

*

Monitor maintenance schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within required timeframes.

*

Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is logged within the CAFM system.

*

Assist with subcontractor management and permit-to-work systems where required.

Requirements

*

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical + 18th edition

*

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Lead Engineer, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.

*

Previous experience working within a high-end corporate or commercial building environment.

*

Strong knowledge of building services maintenance including PPM and reactive works.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*

Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
