Salary: Up to £25,000
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm
Duration of contract: Permanent
Location: Southend

Duties:

Identify improvements on the quality of calls made by telephone staff

Pass on feedback to managers to then be passed onto team for training
Analyse any trends and create ways to correct/change theseSkills:

Experience in a quality

Great communicator

Computer literate
