Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Economics lessons at Key Stage 4 and potentially A-Level, encouraging analytical thinking and evaluation.
* Inspire students to develop strong analytical skills, enabling them to critically assess economic information and arguments.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Economics curriculum with a focus on analytical approaches.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Economics.
* Foster a classroom environment that encourages questioning, debate, and the development of strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Economics or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Economics at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
* Strong subject knowledge of economic theories, models, and the ability to apply analytical frameworks.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire analytical thinking in students.
