Employee Benefits Consultant

We are pleased to be partnered with a longstanding, well-established client to support their search for an Employee Benefits Consultant to join their SME division.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the relationship for a portfolio of SME clients
  • Identify opportunities for new business across the wider organisation
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all renewals and reviews are completed within a timely manner

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have experience with managing group risk and/or healthcare schemes
  • Ability to build relationships both externally and internally
  • Take ownership of managing a portfolio and manage your workload
