As the Head of Mechanical Contracts, you'll report directly to the board and take full ownership of:

Building and managing a new mechanical division

Overseeing the delivery of mechanical contracts from tender to completion

Leading recruitment and team development

*

Ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction

Playing a strategic role in scaling the mechanical side of the business

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager in the building services or M&E sector

*

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems across various sectors

*

Confident leading multiple projects and managing site teams/sub-contractors

*

Commercial awareness and ability to influence business growth
