The Role
Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 (Year 1 & Year 2)
Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Support pupils with additional needs where required
Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
Monitor and report on pupil progressThe Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
