Job Title: Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced professional with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for project management? We are currently seeking a full-time Experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing small projects and sales orders, ensuring seamless communication with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute small projects and sales orders from initial inquiry to project execution.
Prepare and submit project documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Procure materials and goods necessary for project completion.
Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare export documentation as required.
Oversee logistics management of goods on a global scale.
Requirements:

Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within engineering (though not essential).
Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to evaluate and prioritize workload effectively.
Diligent attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of engineering terminology and practices is advantageous.

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
35-hour working week, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays
