Heavy Plant Engineer

Location: Kent

Salary: £18-20ph + 4x4 Van + Door-to-Door

Working Hours: 40 hour week - Overtime at 1.5x 

Neos Engineering is partnering with a leading OEM seeking skilled Plant Engineers to join their team on the Lower Thames Crossing project. This is an excellent opportunity for a Heavy Plant Engineer looking to expand their knowledge and skills while working closely with a major manufacturer. The business specialises in Articulated Dump Trucks (ADTs).

About the Role

As a Heavy Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing plant machinery, including Excavators, Loaders, Dumpers, and Material Handling equipment.
Performing mechanical and electrical repairs, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and diagnostics.
Working across the Lower Thames Crossing site in Kent in a fully equipped 4x4 van.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working on construction plant, quarrying, or rail machinery.
Previous work on brands such as JCB, CAT, Sennebogen, and Komatsu.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Construction or Agricultural Plant Maintenance.
Full UK Driving Licence.
A willingness to receive training, work overtime, and progress within the business.
