Fawkes and Reece are currently working with an award winning medium size private developer in the search for a Quantity Surveyor. The business have been established in the Kent area for the past 20 years and also have offices in the North of the UK.

The business are part of a larger group who work on projects in the UK and internationally and include commercial, retail and leisure. As part of their development arm you will be working on traditional build housing with developments ranging up to 150 units.

They currently have several lives sites at various stages of the build and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to come in and work with the Senior Surveyor ensuring the commercial success of the projects. This person may also look after a site of their own depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with another developer and having worked on traditional build housing. You will have gained experience tendering, managing subcontractors and compiling CVRs to name some. If you have commercially lead a project or part of it is preferable.

In return they can offer up to £55,000 + company car or car allowance, and other benefits.
