Account Administrator

SALARY: £18000 - £23000/annum

The Role:

- To be responsible for the Co-ordination of TFM delivery on the account such as hard and soft service

- Establish and utilise existing KPI's, bench marks and milestones to measure and demonstrate progress and achievement against plans

- Ensure that the billing process is carried out and that appropriate accruals are posted to jobs, and statuses are set to pending closed in order to recognise the relevant revenue and profit.

- Complete monthly and weekly reporting for the client

- To be responsible for Site Health, Safety and Environmental matters.

- To ensure Risk Assessments are completed and maintained. Control Measures adopted in compliance with statutory provisions, codes of practice and guidance.

- To ensure Accident Record sheets are completed and incidents reported.

- To liaise with Suppliers and Sub-contractors, to achieve optimum efficiency.

- To oversee the planned preventative maintenance programme.

- Provide quotes to client whilst updating client tracker and seeking authorsation

- To produce system reports as required for both internal management information and client contract reviews in accordance with the Business Management System and Site Specific requirements.

- Aim to reduce all open jobs so they do not exceed time limits and to also reduce total number

- Support Line Manager with ad-hoc duties as and when required

- Act on behalf of Line Manager when covering annual leave

- Attend client review meetings

Person Specification:

- Operational management experience gained within a large integrated FM enivornment

- Ability to demonstrate positive customer relationship, entreprenerial spirit and ability to negotiate complex contracts

- Understanding of client systems and Maximo

- Understanding of FM

- Business or Technical degree or equivalent

- Member of a professional institution
