Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor

Location: Peterborough (Site-Based)
Working Days: Thursday to Monday (rota basis)
Hours: 10:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team on a busy, double-manned development in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion

* Delivering exceptional customer service to all prospective buyers

* Conducting site tours and showcasing the development and properties

* Maintaining accurate records and progressing sales through CRM systems

* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams

* Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard

Requirements

* Proven experience in new build property sales (essential)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team on a double-manned site

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Target-driven with a proactive approach

* Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
