Now in the market for an Operational Lead to join an established contractor specialising in Drylining and Facades & Cladding delivering high-quality projects across commercial and residential developments. Due to continued expansion, our client is now seeking an experienced and driven Operational Lead to oversee and enhance their delivery operations.

As Operational Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of our drylining projects. You’ll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong industry knowledge, team management, and commercial awareness, reporting into the Director of the business.

London based and across home counties

Salary: up to £100k depending on experience

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within the drylining sector
• Strong knowledge of drylining systems, partitions, ceilings, and finishes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of construction programmes and cost control
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred
