We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a home with one clear ambition: to be the gold standard for dementia care in Bexley Kent.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.

You will:

Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team

Set and maintain outstanding standards of dementia care and person-centred practice

Create a warm, homely, and stimulating environment for residents living with dementia

Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, with a clear ambition for Outstanding

Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively without losing sight of care quality

Champion continuous improvement and new approaches to dementia care

About You

You are an experienced care leader who believes that dementia care can — and should — be exceptional.

You will bring:

Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager within dementia care

History of achieving GOOD CQC reports

In-depth knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements

A visible, values-led leadership style that motivates and empowers teams

A genuine passion for improving the lives of people living with dementia

Confidence, resilience, and the drive to build something truly special
