The Role

* Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships and driving repeat business while proactively identifying and converting new sales opportunities.

* Use your knowledge of manufacturing processes and products to confidently engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

* Work closely with the wider sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

* Accurately track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and market insights to support business growth.

* Liaise with production teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

* Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.

* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the sales office, contributing to an organised and high-performing environment.

About You

* Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within manufacturing, construction materials, or a similar B2B environment.

* A solid understanding of manufacturing or production-led sales processes is highly advantageous.

* Target-driven and motivated by success, with a passion for winning new business and growing existing accounts.

* Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build rapport and influence customers over the phone and via email.

* Able to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

* Flexible and willing to travel between sites when required.
