About the role

We're looking for two practical, switched-on, Production Supervisors—one for the Day Shift (6am-2pm) and one for the Late Shift (2pm-10pm). These roles are critical in driving safety, quality, and efficiency across our site operations.

Working primarily in the yard and on forklifts (approx. 75-80% of the time), you'll be part of the management team, ensuring production is consistent, standards are met, and teams are organised and motivated.

You'll embed daily tool box talks, help ensure process compliance, and improve engagement with quality, PPE, and safe working practices. The role requires you to be involved in driver management, help streamline processes, and identify areas for operational improvement.

About you

You're confident, hands-on, and know how to lead from the front.

You're someone who values consistency and standards but can still adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ideally, you'll bring:

* Forklift experience (essential)

* IOSH or NEBOSH certification (preferred)

* Experience in manufacturing or waste operations

* A strong sense of safety, organisation, and accountability

* The ability to lead by example and influence those around you

* An interest in continuous improvement and process efficiency
