Temporary Customer Service Advisor - Immediate start available

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for an immediate opportunity in Hertford?

We're seeking a proactive and confident individual to join one of our clients on a temporary basis, initially for at least three months (expected to run until October/November).

This role offers the genuine potential for extension and even a permanent position for the right candidate who excels!

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide friendly and effective front-line service to all customers.

* Use systems to quickly find information and resolve customer queries.

* Help customers use online services, including offering guidance for those who need support.

* Handle a wide range of enquiries across various services via phone, email and in person.

* Process payments for various services using different methods.

* Use your skills to de-escalate situations and find solutions for customer issues.

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a customer service role within an office/front desk environment

* Educated to GSCE Level including Maths & English C or above

* Computer Literate including all Microsoft Applications

* Excellent telephone manner

* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
