Financial Planning Administrator (Remote), The Role: I am recruiting an experienced Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator on behalf of Savage Brooks, a small, progressive and ambitious company that provides access to Financial Planning services in the UK, Europe and Singapore. We are happy to consider candidates on either a full-time or part-time basis.

The Opportunity: This is a fully remote role, supporting a highly experienced Financial Planner who is also the MD of this small business. The role involves interacting and building relationships with three planning firms across the three jurisdictions (the successful candidate will have experience of working in the UK market - training on the other jurisdictions will be provided). You will be a strong relationship builder who loves client interaction and is motivated by delivering a client experience of the highest standard. You will also be an excellent task manager and administrator, proactive, highly organised and detail orientated, capable of coordinating tasks, delegating as appropriate and prioritising resources across multiple businesses. You will also be keen to define and develop processes, which will shape the client experience and contribute to the on-going success of the business.

The Person: We are happy to recruit either a career Administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced, varied and involved support role, or, if you would like to progress following a few years in this role, you will receive the support required to become Diploma qualified and the further opportunity to become a Financial Planner. Either way, you will enjoy a highly involved and responsible role, working for a company who value and invest in their team.

Salary and Benefits: We want the person we recruit to love this job and everything about it, so the benefits offered will be tailored to your requirements and will include…£35-45,000 basic salary FTE (dependant on experience) + remote working + a flexible benefits package, tailored around what matters to you most (including potentially flexible/reduced working hours, a generous holiday and pension entitlement, continued professional development etc.). We would like the successful candidate to travel to London (or a mutually convenient location) for quarterly team meetings (expenses will be paid). We are happy to consider candidates on either a full-time or part-time basis.

The Company: Savage Brooks provides access to financial planning services across 3 jurisdictions; the UK, Asia and Europe. Clients in the UK are serviced through the Corbel Partners network, European- based clients are serviced through Ark Capital, and Asia-based clients are serviced through Providend (based in Singapore). The consistent approach globally is to provide a market leading financial planning service to HNW senior professional clients; coaching and supporting them to achieve their lifestyle goals. The Asia based set-up has been operating since 2018 which the directors ran from Singapore, until their recent relocation back to London. This Financial Planning Administrator role will be their first hire in the UK - you will therefore enjoy the stability of working for an established business and the excitement of being a pivotal member of a newly established team.

Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator, Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Directors/Financial Planner, working with them to deliver an exceptional financial planning service to their clients, to a consistently high standard.

* Attend on-line client meetings (as required) and/or collate notes arising from client meetings, taking responsibility for processing and progressing the action points and tasks arising.

* Liaise with our support partners and clients via email, phone and on-line to establish strong relationships and ensure a smooth, compliant and client centric process.

* Arrange and prepare for discovery and review meetings, liaise with product providers and other third parties as necessary, obtaining policy information and updating records, process new and existing business and effectively onboard new clients.

* Task management of multiple tasks and priorities, working to frequently tight and changing deadlines.

* Coordinate the workflow and output of work produced by the outsourced support partners including paraplanners, ensuring it is delivered within agreed timescales and dealing with any arising follow- up tasks.

* Record and maintain accurate data using the company's back-office computer system.

* Help to establish and document processes and systems to provide best in class client experience

* General administration as required to support the business, ensuring all business is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.

Financial Planning Administrator / IFA Administrator, Skills and Experience:

* Previous administrative/customer service experience gained working in an involved support role in a financial planning or financial advice environment.

* A strong relationship builder, with a caring and client centric approach, who takes pride in providing a service of the highest standard.

* An excellent task manager and administrator, proactive, analytical, highly organised, quality focused and detail orientated, capable of coordinating tasks, prioritising resources and delegating as appropriate.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* An aptitude for technology, competent with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc.) and embracing of emerging technologies.

* Intelligent, keen to learn, adaptable to change, enthusiastic and proactive, with a proven record of taking responsibility and self-motivation.
