About the Role:This vibrant and welcoming primary school is looking for a graduate to support pupils across either the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on your strengths and interests. You will work alongside experienced teachers, supporting pupils' academic and personal development.

• Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Gloucester
• Start Date: ASAP
• School Type: Mainstream Primary
• Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
• Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Term Time Only
• DBS Required: Must have a clear DBS or be willing to apply

What We're Looking For:

• A graduate with a 2:2 degree or above
• Ideally, some experience working with children (e.g. tutoring, coaching, mentoring, childcare, nursery work, etc.)
• A genuine interest in working with young learners and supporting their progress
• Any experience supporting children with ASD, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties would be a strong advantage

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with the delivery of lessons in core subjects such as English and Maths, as well as foundation subjects like PE and Music
• Supporting individual and small groups of pupils to reinforce learning
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Gaining insight into curriculum delivery and teaching methods
