The company
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Contract Manager to join our clients Defence Housing contract across north England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. This position will be a mobile role.
Our client delivers facilities and estate management services to c. 19,500 Service Family Accommodation (SFA) houses through the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO); including response, planned, void maintenance and improvement programmes.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the North Regional Contract Manager leads the North Contract delivering critical services to Service Families.
The role

Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract
Responsible for ensuring bottom line profitability of the core operational contract, with thorough understanding and application of the P&L.
Leading your team to deliver core contracted operational service standards. Working with your direct colleagues and Supply Chain Partners to ensure works are delivered safely, timely, to contracted standards and within budgeted allowances.
Establishing and owning successful positive relationships with key customer, client, and stakeholders.
Achieving positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
Challenge and influence changes to the status quo to drive forward financial and operational performance efficiencies.
Drive innovation and lead changes within the core operational contract.Could this be for you?

Experience of managing contract performance

IOSH Managing Safety
Able to take and be accountable for decisions within the operational structure
Able to lead a team and demonstrate key attributes that promote gravitas and credibility reflecting the seniority of the roleIdeally you will have with experience of managing housing contracts or working within the defence sector, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs.
