Join our team at as a Conveyancing Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in property law and conveyancing. You will be instrumental in assisting with all legal aspects of property transactions including selling, buying, remortgaging, and transferring property.
Day-to-day of the role: - Support the conveyancing team in managing various property transactions.
- Liaise with clients and solicitors to ensure smooth operation of all conveyancing processes.
- Draft legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conduct property searches and compile relevant information.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing team.
- Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with legal standards and meet client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Knowledge of conveyancing processes and legal aspects of property transactions.
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents and conducting property searches.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software and technology.
- Previous experience in a similar role or conveyancing qualifications are highly desirable.
