Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programme (DVPP) Team Lead
Location: Northampton
Hours: 37 hours per week (flexible working required, including some evenings/weekends)
Contract: Fixed-term, 2 years initially

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive DVPP Team Lead to coordinate and oversee our behaviour change programmes, including the 28-week Evolve Programme. You will support individuals in addressing and changing abusive behaviours through trauma-informed interventions, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of women and children.

Responsibilities:

*

Coordinate delivery of DV perpetrator programmes and ensure effective programme administration.

*

Facilitate group sessions, assess and manage participant risks, and maintain accurate case records.

*

Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure seamless service provision.

*

Support evaluation processes and assist in meeting key performance indicators.

*

Represent the organisation externally, promoting programme awareness and maintaining RESPECT accreditation.

*

Contribute to safeguarding practices, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring:

*

Comprehensive understanding of domestic abuse and experience working with survivors and perpetrators.

*

Proven ability to facilitate groups, manage cases, and conduct risk assessments.

*

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships.

*

Competency in IT (Word, Excel) and data management.

*

Willingness to undergo training relevant to Accredited Programmes.

Desirable:

*

Qualifications/training in housing management, social work, teaching, nursing, or DVPP facilitation.

*

Experience using digital case management systems.

Positive outlook with excellent organisational skills and deadline management.

Additional Requirements:

Full driving licence or ability to travel extensively across Northamptonshire.
