We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and general administrative tasks. The position is full time Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phones, handle customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to customers
  • Collections
  • Filing, processing, data input

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Sales experience
