**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin + Nursing/Clinical Experience within a care home is essential**
As the Care Quality Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Support Home Managers and staff to ensure they provide high quality care
- Ensure homes are compliant with RQIA and prepared for any upcoming inspections
- Conduct weekly reports sent to the Operations Director regarding service quality
- Conduct weekly audits, create and implement development points to further improve the home
- Developing positive relationships with commissioners and external professionals and the delivery of clinical quality training across the Area
- Monitor results and improvements
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Experience working as a Quality Manager
- Exposure to RQIA inspections
- Passion for the care of elderly people
- Care Home background
- The ability to work over a 7 day period to include weekend visits
- Experience of care planning
- Experience of management within a care home
The successful Care Quality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £53,500 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
