About the role:
You will lead a class team to plan and deliver differentiated lessons across EYFS to Post-16, integrating therapy advice and communication strategies. The role focuses on functional communication, life skills, and accredited pathways.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:

Create engaging, personalised learning plans aligned with EHCP targets
Foster independence and positive behaviour using structured approaches
Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families
Assess and track progress effectivelyRequirements -
The ideal candidate would have:

QTS/QTLS with proven SEN teaching experience
Knowledge of AAC, sensory integration, and structured teaching (e.g., TEACCH)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
