The Opportunity

As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you'll join a well-established team of engineers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality building services design work. You'll gain exposure across all stages of project delivery and be supported by senior staff while taking on growing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across various project types
Prepare drawings, schematics, calculations, and specifications under the guidance of senior engineers
Contribute to sustainable, energy-efficient design outcomes in line with UK legislation and best practices
Attend project meetings and liaise with other design disciplines and external stakeholders
Work across all RIBA stages, with particular involvement in detailed design and coordination
Take ownership of tasks, while continuously developing your technical and professional skillsIdeal Candidate Profile

Qualifications: HNC, degree, or equivalent in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2-5 years in building services consultancy, ideally with exposure to residential, education, or public-sector projects
Software: Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, and Dialux/Relux
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear communicator, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
