We're recruiting on behalf of a premium home care company—recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in 2023 & 2024—for a Registered Branch Manager to lead their growing Eastbourne service.

Lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Eastbourne branch
Ensure delivery of safe, responsive, and person-centred care
Manage, mentor, and grow your team to meet increasing demand
Maintain full CQC compliance across all aspects of the service
Build lasting relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Drive local business development and growth✅ We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Manager
Strong working knowledge of domiciliary care regulations
Experience managing or expanding a private client base
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
