We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand-new children’s home - the second in our growing care network. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service from the ground up and make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

Your Role as Registered Manager
As Registered Manager, you will:

Lead with a focus on outstanding care, dignity, safety, and quality of life

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the vision and direction of the new service

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated care team

Build strong relationships with local authorities, external agencies, and regulators

Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards and frameworks
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing services for children (residential care, supported living, or similar settings)

In-depth understanding of compliance requirements and safeguarding practices

A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop teams

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
