We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our brand-new children’s home - the second in our growing care network. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service from the ground up and make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

A forward-thinking care provider committed to creating safe, nurturing, and empowering environments for children and young people. As part of our expansion, we’re opening a new residential care home, and we’re looking for a dedicated leader to take the helm.

Your Role as Registered Manager

As Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead with a focus on outstanding care, dignity, safety, and quality of life

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the vision and direction of the new service

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated care team

  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, external agencies, and regulators

  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards and frameworks

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing services for children (residential care, supported living, or similar settings)

  • In-depth understanding of compliance requirements and safeguarding practices

  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children

  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop teams

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
