Job Description
The role will focus working closely and in conjunction with local and nationwide UK based sites, providing day to day
support for the key accounts will be a vital element of the challenge along with delivering a swift response towards customer requests and queries

Parts Sales Responsibilities, 5 days per week:

· Replenish relevant stock and manage inventory stock levels of required parts at
the Ruislip depot
· Build rapport with site customers and promote the company's products and
services
· Produce quotations for parts required
· Liaise regularly with the Parts Manager to update on progress and objectives
· Report back to manufacturer any issues with components not achieving wear rate,
ensure warranty claims are processed for components
· Understand recommended service intervals and identify key parts that need to be
stocked
· Use telematics technology to utilise and communicate service information/generate
sales
· Be responsible for the organisation of parts and booking parts to relevant jobs
· Raising purchase orders for parts with suppliers
· Receiving orders in and storing goods appropriately
· Maintaining a clean and tidy working area of a stores department
· Reporting and escalating issues
· Speaking with engineers to ensure that they have relevant materials and
equipment to perform duties
· Taking telephone enquiries for parts
· Distributing parts nationwide and local
· Operating a counter style parts department so engineers and customers can visit
to collect parts
· Provide outstanding customer service at every opportunity
· Assist in stock takes and administration
· Assist in booking parts to workshop and prep jobs
· Be well presented at all times ensuring that the company supplied uniform is
always worn and well maintained.
· Ensure that relevant PPE equipment is worn in designated areas of requirement
· Ensure that company health and safety rules and procedures are adhered to at all
times
· To carry out any other duties required by the Parts Manager

Person Specifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· The ability to influence
· Be organised and self-motivated
· Customer focused
· Decisive and determined.

Education Requirements:
· Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT
Any other details:
· Construction background desired but not essential as full training will be provided
