Project Manager - Roofing & Cladding
Location: South of England (Remote with Site Visits)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

My client, a specialist in roofing and cladding solutions, is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across the South of England. This is a remote-based position with regular site visits required, managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage roofing and cladding projects from inception to completion

*

Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

*

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

*

Manage site progress, health and safety, and quality control

*

Attend regular site meetings and report on progress

*

Handle project planning, resource allocation, and risk management

*

Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

*

Provide leadership to site teams and subcontractors

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing and cladding sector

*

Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation

*

Excellent organisational and communication skills

*

Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England
