Medical Receptionist Part Time - 30 hours a week Vauxhall £13.85phAre you an experienced GP Receptionist looking for a new challenge? Our client is an established NHS GP Practice in Vauxhall and is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their patient services team!

Key Details:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday position (no nights or weekends, and no Wednesdays)
• Two shift patterns available (rota between the 2):
  • 7:45 am to 3:15 pm
  • 11:00 am to 6:30 pm
• Competitive hourly rate up to £13.85 per hour
• 6 weeks holiday (pro rata) PLUS bank holidays!
• Please note there may be 1 Saturday a year and 1 early or late a week (7:20am start or 7pm finish)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a GP setting
• Proficiency in EMIS and Docman systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Main Duties:

• Rotate between reception and patient administration areas
• Support Team Leader in managing clinicians' workload
• Organise practice meetings and liaise with external agencies
• Manage bring forward and filing systems
• Participate in practice housekeeping and maintenance of staff facilities
• Actively contribute to improving practice quality
