Senior Associate (Property Litigation) - Norwich

Rare opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a Top UK Law firm owing to continued departmental growth and success.

This opportunity will see you joining a team of experts in their field and would see you working on behalf of a wide range of clients to include - private individuals, partnership’s, trusts, landlords, national housebuilders, and corporate clients both in the public and private sectors.

This will also offer the opportunity to work an impressive high-quality caseload and will see you handling a range of disputes relating to residential and commercial landlord and tenant, breach of contracts, easement and covenants, overage and freehold title disputes (including land registration and adverse possession) and other specialised disputes.

Whilst previous / current experience within Property Litigation would be advantageous, our client would be very interested in hearing from Lawyers / Solicitors who hold 1-5yrsPQE, with a background within Litigation or Property Law and who are keen to specialise.
