Looking for a role where your numbers really matter? This Financial Reporting Accountant position offers the chance to make an impact in a high-growth business that’s expanding rapidly across the UK. With ambitious plans to grow from 35 to 40+ sites and increased turnover next year, you’ll be at the heart of the finance function – providing insight, driving process improvements and reporting directly to the Finance Director.Why this role?

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining fixed assets in SAP (depreciation, disposals, write-offs)
  • Producing monthly management accounts and consolidating P&L for over 40 sites
  • Analysing KPIs and variances, liaising with site managers to track and improve financial performance
  • Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
  • Preparing financial statistics and assisting with year-end and group reporting for auditors
  • Presenting financials to the German head office
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Reporting Accountant / Financial Accountant / Management Accountant / Group Accountant
  • To be qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA or QBE with relevant experience
  • To be process-driven, with excellent attention to detail and resilience, able to question, challenge and push back constructively when needed
  • SAP cloud experience (or the ability to quickly adapt to it)
  • Experience in a high-growth, multi-site environment
