Your RoleAs a Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering both practical and emotional support to children and families, including those in foster placements, residential care, or supported accommodation.You will:

• Collaborate closely with Social Workers and multi-agency partners to implement meaningful interventions.
• Represent the service at key forums such as Child Protection Conferences, Reviews, and Court proceedings.
• Advocate for children by ensuring their voices are central to all decisions and interventions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using the Liquid Logic case management system.

?? What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for someone who:

• Has substantial experience supporting children and families, ideally within statutory or safeguarding services.
• Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent).
• Possesses strong communication, organisational, and report-writing skills.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
• Is adaptable and open to working occasional hours outside the standard working week.
