We are looking for permamnent Deck Fitters (External Boat Builders) for a range of roles from junior to experienced level which are designed to deepen professional expertise.

Amongst other duties, the role will involve:

* Reading and interpreting drawings

* Assembly of steering systems

* Keel and skin fittings

* Deck, teak deck, window and hatch installation
